Yes. Our outstation packages include a dedicated driver who stays with the group for the entire trip. Driver accommodation and food are covered by the driver allowance of ₹400–₹500 per day. We do not charge separately for driver stay.
Yes. A typical Pune to Goa trip is 3 days: Day 1 — drive to North Goa via Kolhapur and Amboli ghat (approx. 10 hours). Day 2 — North Goa sightseeing. Day 3 — South Goa and return, or extend to 4 days for a relaxed pace. A 17-seater starts at approximately ₹26,000 for 3 days.
No. Toll charges, parking fees and inter-state permits (e.g. for Goa or Karnataka) are charged extra at actuals. You get the FASTag receipt for tolls. GST is 5% on the total invoice.
For weekends, festivals and long weekends, book 7–15 days in advance. For weekday outstation trips, 2–3 days is usually enough. During peak summer (May) and Diwali, book at least 15 days in advance.
Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full refund of the advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a nominal charge, informed upfront at booking. Peak-season bookings may have different terms.
