Our Story
Who is Nehaa Travels? A Pune Tempo Traveller Company Since 2012
Nehaa Travels is a family-run tempo traveller rental company based in Pune, Maharashtra, operating since 2012. We run a fleet of 30+ AC vehicles — 13, 17 and 20-seater Tempo Travellers, 32 to 50-seater buses and the premium Force Urbania — for outstation trips, airport transfers, weddings, corporate travel and pilgrimage tours across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
Founded in Kothrud with a single 12-seater tempo traveller driven by the founder's elder brother, the company grew through word of mouth in Kothrud, Karve Nagar, Katraj and Warje. Weekend trips to Mahabaleshwar and Lonavala, plus early-morning Pune airport drops, built the repeat customer base we still serve today.
Twelve years on, our fleet has expanded to 30+ vehicles, but our operating model has not changed: every booking gets a written quote before payment, every driver is known to us personally rather than sourced from an aggregator app, and every vehicle returns to our own service yard in Pune for cleaning, AC inspection and tyre checks between trips.
What kinds of trips do we handle?
We handle four main trip types from Pune: outstation family holidays (Mahabaleshwar, Lonavala, Ganpatipule, Goa), 24×7 airport and railway station transfers, wedding and function guest transport with multi-vehicle convoys, and corporate employee movement for IT firms in Hinjewadi, Kharadi and Magarpatta.
A typical week might include a family of ten heading to Ganpatipule for a long weekend, a Pune company moving 120 employees to a Lonavala resort in three buses, a wedding party in Nashik needing four vehicles plus station pickups, and a Shirdi pilgrimage group of 17. Each trip is treated as a repeat customer in the making — not a one-off booking.

How long has Nehaa Travels been operating in Pune?
We started in 2012 with a single 12-seater tempo traveller in Kothrud. Over 12 years we have grown to a fleet of 30+ vehicles and completed more than 25,000 trips across Maharashtra, Goa and neighbouring states.
Do you own your vehicles or work through an aggregator?
We own a core set of vehicles and manage the rest directly — they are not sourced from a third-party app pool. Every vehicle returns to our own service yard between trips, and every driver is known to us personally.
What documents do you provide for corporate vendor onboarding?
On request we share vehicle RC copies, commercial permits, insurance certificates, fitness and PUC certificates, driver licences, police verification records and GST registration details. Email contact@nehatempotraveller.in with your requirements.
Are your drivers police-verified?
Yes. All our drivers hold valid commercial driving licences and badges, and complete police verification before being assigned to any trip — including school, college and corporate bookings.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, we issue GST-compliant invoices for all corporate, institutional and event bookings. Share your GSTIN and billing entity details at the time of booking.
What happens if a vehicle breaks down mid-trip?
You call our 24×7 number immediately. We arrange on-road assistance or send a replacement vehicle from the nearest available point. Our priority is that your itinerary is not disrupted — not that you find your own way home.
Can I inspect the vehicle before booking?
